Most custom homes take roughly 10–16 months from design approval to move-in, depending on complexity, permits, and selections. We give you a realistic schedule up front and keep you updated against it.
We are design-led: we start with you, not a catalogue. You can bring your own architect and vision, work from one of our plans as a starting point, or design from a blank page with us.
Not necessarily. We can build on your lot, help you evaluate a lot you are considering, or discuss homes in our own community, Magnolia. Bring us where you are — we will help you find the path.

Cost depends on size, site, and finishes, but most of our custom homes fall within a defined per-square-foot range that we walk you through honestly at the first meeting. We would rather set real expectations early than surprise you later.
